Our focus is on identifying the cause of defective flooring. Based on industry standards and manufacturers’ installation instructions and product guidelines a thorough investigation is performed to determine if the product is defective, if the installation was not performed properly, if it is a site-related issue (flooding, extreme temperature, etc.), or some other cause.

We provide unbiased and professional investigative services. Our fees are based on several factors including the size of the installation, the complexity of the issue or issues, and the location.

Our completed floor inspection reports with photos are submitted electronically typically within 14 days after the inspection. Complex floor inspections may take longer to provide a completed report.

A retainer in the amount of the floor inspection fee is required prior to the inspection. We accept major credit cards and checks drawn on U.S. banks.
